Deep Dive - Recovering from Burnout

A 3-Hour Online Workshop

Burnout can leave us feeling numb, exhausted, and unsure where to even begin. In this gentle, practical workshop, we’ll walk together through what it really means to start recovering.

You’ll learn how the nervous system plays a key role in burnout, how to recognise where you are in your own state of regulation, and how to begin supporting yourself with compassion.

We’ll use tools like nervous system mapping, EFT (tapping), breathwork, and guided visualisation - all designed to help you reconnect with your body, build safety, and feel just a little more like yourself again.

You’ll leave with:

  • A deeper understanding of your nervous system

  • Practical tools to support your own regulation

  • A gentle recovery roadmap to take forward

This is a space of no shame, no pressure, and no ‘fixing’ - just space to land, reflect, and begin again with hope.


Sarah Fisher will be leading you through the morning.

The session takes place on Wednesday 28th January, from 9.30 - 12.30 on zoom. If you can’t make it live the recording will be sent out afterwards to those who are registered.

There will be a break in the middle, and you’re welcome to bring a drink or snack (or breakfast!) with you.
